Our Products
Wilton Artisans provides handcrafted pieces made with authentic sea glass, vintage bottle caps, semi-precious gemstones, freshwater pearls, sterling silver and fine silver findings and chain. Some pieces, due to natural variation and uniqueness of certain materials, may differ slightly and may be made in extremely limited quantities. If you see an item you would like to purchase, we always suggest you do so as soon as possible.
Like most jewelry, we recommend that it be handled with care. Excessive exposure to air may cause some metals and gemstones to change color over time. For this reason, we recommend storing jewelry in an air-tight environment.
Colors
All of the products pictured are handmade. The colors of each product are accurate, although they may vary when using different computer monitors and printers. If you have any questions regarding the color of the product, please contact wiltonartisans@gmail.com.
PayPal
Wilton Artisans utilizes the services of PayPal to process transactions on this site. When you place your order, you will have the option of paying via PayPal or with a major credit card. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to shop with us. After you place your order, you will receive an email from Wilton Artisans confirming your order. This email will identify how the charge will appear on your credit card statement, if applicable. We process orders as quickly as possible.
Packaging
All Jewelry pieces are presented in kraft boxes with ribbon and can include a card with message if given as a gift.
Shipping
All jewelry is handmade, and not all pieces are ready to order, so please allow up to two weeks for delivery for all pieces. If you need an item “rushed” please send an email to wiltonartisans@gmail.com Standard shipping is USPS priority (2-3 day) for the shipping & handling cost of $4.95. All packages are sent with a Delivery Confirmation. If you require a rush order, we can ship via FedEx for an additional fee.

No Sales Tax
Only orders placed within the state of Connecticut will be charged sales tax.
Return Policy
We want you to love what you purchase from Wilton Artisans. However, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with any item you have purchased from us, we will happily refund your money. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt and shipped to us in the original packaging, along with your packing slip. Please contact us for instructions on where to ship your return. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition. Please ship your items via insured mail. You are responsible for your own shipping charges on returns unless you were sent the wrong item, in which we will refund the cost of your return shipping. After we receive your item, we will promptly credit you for the amount of the item. Should you wish to exchange an item, you will need to first return the unwanted item and then place a new order for the new item.
Out of Stock Items
We strive to only show available products online. In the unlikely event the item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you right away and let you know if we are able to custom create a similar item for you. The bottle cap “flavors” we have access to will sometimes change depending on the rarity of the cap. We will always email you a photo first of what we have available prior to shipping your order.
Custom Orders & Matching Sets
We love custom orders! If there is something special you have in mind that you do not see on our website, please contact us at wiltonartisans@gmail.com and we may be able to make it for you. For our sea glass collection we also offer the service of incorporating a piece of sea glass you have found into the design.
Repairs
In the unlikely event your piece breaks, Wilton Artisans will repair it free of charge (less shipping costs).
